New executive to head sales, support, and partnerships for async video platform
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO / ACCESSWIRE / November 20, 2023 / BombBomb today announced that Shannon Plumb has joined as Senior Vice President of Revenue. BombBomb is the innovator in video messaging, founded in 2006 and serving 43,000 customers across 42 countries.
'Shannon possesses that rare combination of proven experience at both startups and tech companies that reached scale,' said BombBomb COO, Nicole Craine. 'She has been a sales producer, so she knows and respects the customer experience on every level-while successfully managing teams as both a mentor and leader.'
Plumb reports to Craine, who runs day to day operations at BombBomb.

Over her career, Plumb has been a sales and customer success executive for companies like Floify, involve.ai, TapInfluence, and SnapEngage. She is a lead advisor at Techstars' Boulder Accelerator. Plumb is certified in complex sales through programs like Miller Heiman, Dale Carnegie, and CustomerCentric Selling. Active in the Denver and Boulder business communities.
At BombBomb, Plumb's role includes overseeing sales, customer success, customer support, and partnerships. She holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
